The Help Center is built into the portal. You can open it any time to find answers, search for a topic, or read step-by-step guides.

How to open the Help Center

  1. Sign in to the portal.
  2. Tap Help in the menu (it may also show as a small question-mark icon).
  3. The Help Center opens.

What you will see

  • A search bar at the top.
  • Categories of articles (Getting Started, Documents, Applications, Tools, and more).
  • A list of popular articles below.

How to search

  1. Tap the search bar.
  2. Type one or two words about your question — for example, "passport", "interview", or "cannot login".
  3. As you type, articles that match appear below.
  4. Tap any result to open it.

Tip: Try simple words, not full sentences. "Passport" works better than "How do I upload my passport?"

How to browse by category

  1. From the Help Center home, tap any category like Documents or Tools.
  2. You will see all the articles in that category.
  3. Tap an article to read it.

Useful tips for finding answers fast

  • Open the article that matches your question, not the first one in the list.
  • Read the headings in the article — they help you jump to the part you need.
  • Many articles have a Related help section at the end with more useful links.

What if I cannot find the answer?

If you have searched and read an article but still need help, contact support — see Contacting Cirrus support.

When you contact support, mention what you have already tried. This helps them help you faster.
