When you need help that you cannot find in the Help Center, you can contact Cirrus support directly. We are here to help you, every step of the way.
How to reach us
- In-app chat — open the Help Center and tap the chat icon. This is the fastest way for most questions.
- Email — send a message to your Cirrus support email address. The address is shown in the Help Center.
- Through your application — open any application and tap Message to talk to your Cirrus contact about that specific job.
What to include in your message
To help us help you faster, please include:
- A short description of your problem or question.
- The page in the portal where it happened (for example, "Documents page").
- What you have already tried.
- Any error message you saw (a screenshot helps a lot).
- Your mobile number in case we need to call.
When to expect a reply
- In-app chat — often within a few hours during business hours (Manila time).
- Email — usually within 1 working day.
- Application messages — within 1–2 working days.
We do not work on weekends or major Philippine holidays, so messages sent on Friday evening may be answered on Monday.
What we cannot do over chat
For your safety, we will never:
- Ask for your sign-in link or 4-digit code.
- Ask for your bank PIN or full card number.
- Take payments in chat — all real fees go through proper channels.
If anyone asks for these, they are not from Cirrus.
What if I need urgent help abroad?
If you are already overseas and have an urgent problem (safety, contract, no pay), contact:
- Your Cirrus contact straight away.
- Your nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate.
- The OWWA hotline.
