Logging Out and Switching Accounts
You can log out of the Cirrus Candidate Portal anytime. You should always log out if you are using a shared computer or someone else's phone.
How to log out
- Tap your profile picture or initials at the top of the screen.
- Tap Log out or Sign out.
- You will be taken back to the sign-in page.
That is it. Your account is safe.
When you should log out
- After using a friend's phone or a computer at an internet café.
- If you sell or give away your phone.
- If you think someone else has used your account.
Warning: Never share your sign-in link or 4-digit code with anyone. Cirrus staff will never ask for them.
Switching to a different account
You can only have one Cirrus Candidate account at a time. If you have a second account by mistake (for example, you signed up once with email and once with Google), please contact support — see Contacting Cirrus support — so they can merge them for you. Do not keep applying with both, or your applications may be confused.
To switch from one account to another:
- Log out of the current account.
- Sign in with the email or Google account for the other one. See How to sign in.
Staying signed in
If the portal is installed on your phone (see Installing the portal on your phone), you usually only need to sign in once. The next time you open it, you will be signed in already.
I logged out by mistake
No problem. Just sign in again — see How to sign in. Your applications, documents, and OES score are all safe and waiting for you.
