What is the OES?
OES stands for Overseas Employability Score. It is a single number that shows how ready you are to work overseas. The more tasks you finish in the portal — like uploading your passport or finishing a course — the higher your OES gets. Employers see this score and use it to decide who to interview.
Tip: A higher OES means more job offers. Aim to do at least one new task each day.
Who is the portal for?
The portal is for Filipino workers who want a job overseas. It works for many trades and skill levels — carpenters, welders, drivers, hospitality staff, healthcare workers, and many more.
Is it free?
Yes. Using the portal is free for candidates. You will never be asked to pay to apply for a job, take a course, or use any tool here.
