Updating Your Contact Details

Your contact details — your name, mobile number, and address — are how employers and Cirrus reach you. Keeping them up to date is one of the most important things you can do.

Why it matters

  • Employers may try to call or message you about a job.
  • Sign-in links and codes go to the email address on your account.
  • If we cannot reach you, you may miss an offer.

How to update your details

  1. Sign in to the portal.
  2. Tap your profile picture or initials at the top of the screen, then open Profile.
  3. Find the section you want to change (for example, Personal Details or Contact Details).
  4. Tap Edit on that section.
  5. Type your new details.
  6. Tap Save.

The exact fields you can edit depend on which sections are turned on for your account. If you cannot find a field you want to change, contact support — see Contacting Cirrus support.

Tip: Use the same name that appears on your Passport and NBI Clearance. If your portal name does not match your documents, your application can be delayed.

Changing your mobile number

  1. Open your Profile.
  2. Edit your mobile number field.
  3. Type the new number, including the country code (for example +63 for the Philippines).
  4. Tap Save.

Tip: Make sure the new number is on a phone you actually use, since employers may call you on it.

Changing your email address

The email on your account is how you sign in. Because of this, you cannot change it yourself in the portal — please contact support so we can update it safely without locking you out.

  1. From the portal, see Contacting Cirrus support.
  2. Tell us your old email and your new email.
  3. We will switch your account over and confirm with you.

Warning: If you no longer have access to the email on your account, contact support before you sign out. Otherwise you may be locked out.

What about my name?

You can update your name at any time, but make sure it matches your government documents (passport, NBI). If you have already started an application, talk to your Cirrus contact before changing your name to avoid delays.
