I Can't Log In
If you cannot sign in, the cause is almost always something small. The Cirrus Candidate Portal does not use passwords — you sign in with your email or with Google. Try these steps in order.
Step 1: Check your details
- Are you using the right email address? (The one you used when you applied for a job.)
- If you signed up with Google, are you using the same Google account?
- Did you actually apply for a job first? You can only sign in to the portal after you apply at cirrusrecruitment.com.ph/jobs.
Step 2: Try the other sign-in method
If your email link or code is not arriving, try Continue with Google instead — but only if you have a Google account that matches the email on your application. See How to sign in.
Step 3: Check your inbox and spam folder
The sign-in link and the 4-digit code are both in the same email. They sometimes land in spam. Search for "Cirrus" in your email.
Step 4: Use the newest email
Each link and code is one-time use and works for 15 minutes only. If you tap an old one or wait too long, it stops working. Go back to the sign-in page and tap Send Sign-In Link to get a fresh email.
Step 5: Type the code on the same device
If you typed your email on your phone, type the 4-digit code on your phone too. Switching to a different device or browser in the middle can stop the code from working.
Step 6: Try a different browser or device
- Use Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone.
- If you can, try a friend's phone or a computer to see if it works there.
Step 7: Clear your browser cache
Old cached files can sometimes block sign-in.
- Chrome (Android): Menu → Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files.
- Safari (iPhone): Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data.
- Desktop browsers: Press
Ctrl+Shift+Delete(Windows) orCmd+Shift+Delete(Mac).
Step 8: Make sure your phone time is correct
If your phone's clock is wrong, sign-in codes can fail. Set your phone date and time to automatic.
Step 9: Check your internet
Open another website (like google.com). If it does not load, your internet is the problem — restart your phone or switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data.
Step 10: Check the error message
If the page shows an error like "This email is not registered", "Not authorized", or "This account uses Google sign-in", see Can't receive your sign-in link or code for what each one means.
Step 11: Contact support
If none of the above works, contact us with:
- The email address on your account.
- The sign-in method you tried (email or Google).
- The error message you saw (a screenshot helps).
See Contacting Cirrus support.
