How to earn a badge
Each badge has a clear task. Once you finish the task, the badge appears on your profile automatically — there is nothing extra you need to claim.
- Open your OES page or Home page.
- Look for the badge section.
- Tap any locked badge to see exactly what you need to do to earn it.
Tips for earning badges quickly
- Start with the Go-Getter badge — applying to your first job is fast and earns you 50 points too.
- Aim for the Candidate Ready badge — finishing the Candidate Readiness Kit is one of the strongest signals to employers.
- The Verified Pro badge takes a little longer because documents go through review, but it makes you stand out.
Tip: Some badges need several smaller tasks. Tap the badge to see your progress — for example, "3 of 5 courses finished".
Why badges matter
- Employers can quickly see your strengths.
- Some badges unlock special features — like AI Interview Screening for qualified candidates.
- They are a great motivator. Each badge is proof of how far you have come.
