Can't Receive Your Sign-In Link or Code

If you cannot sign in, do not worry — you do not need a password. The portal sends you a sign-in link and a 4-digit code by email. Try the steps below in order. Most people are back in within a few minutes.

First, the good news: there is no password

The Cirrus Candidate Portal does not use passwords. To sign in you only need:

  • The email you used when you applied for a job, or
  • Your Google account, if you signed up with Google.

So if you have "forgotten your password", relax — there is nothing to remember. See How to sign in.

If your sign-in email is not arriving

  1. Wait 2 minutes. Email is sometimes a little slow.
  2. Check your spam or junk folder. Sign-in emails sometimes land there. Search for "Cirrus".
  3. Check the email address. Make sure you typed it exactly the way it is on your account — no extra spaces, no typos.
  4. Check your internet. Open another website to make sure your phone or computer is online.
  5. Tap Send Sign-In Link again to get a new email.
  6. Try a different device in case your phone is blocking it.

If your 4-digit code is not working

The code arrives in the same email as the sign-in link. So if you got the email, you have the code.

  1. Make sure you are typing the right 4 digits — check the email again.
  2. Codes expire after 15 minutes. If too much time has passed, tap Send Sign-In Link again to get a new one.
  3. Each code can only be used once. If you already used it, request a new one.
  4. Make sure you are typing the code on the same device and browser where you started signing in.

If you see "This account uses Google sign-in"

Your account was created with Google. You must sign in with Google.

  1. Go back to the sign-in page.
  2. Tap Continue with Google.
  3. Pick the Google account you used when you applied.

If you see "This email is not registered" or "Not authorized"

Your email is not in our system yet. To use the portal, you must apply for a job first.

  1. Open cirrusrecruitment.com.ph/jobs in your browser.
  2. Find a job and tap Apply.
  3. Use the same email you tried on the sign-in page.
  4. Once your application is in, come back to the portal and sign in.

If your sign-in link says "expired" or "invalid"

Sign-in links work for 15 minutes and only once. If yours has expired or you have already used it:

  1. Go back to the sign-in page.
  2. Type your email.
  3. Tap Send Sign-In Link again.
  4. Use the newest email — older ones will not work.

Warning: Never share a sign-in link or 4-digit code with anyone — not even someone who says they are from Cirrus. Cirrus staff will never ask you for your code, your link, or to sign in for you.

  • The email address on your account.
  • Which sign-in method you tried (email or Google).
  • The error message you saw, if any (a screenshot helps a lot).
