When will the Post-Selection Orientation happen?

Post-selection orientation is an information session for candidates who have been selected to move forward in the recruitment process. 

During this orientation, Cirrus shares important details about the next steps in your application, including requirements, timelines, and general expectations. 

Why it matters 

The orientation helps you understand: 

• The next steps in your application 
• Pre-employment requirements you may need to complete 
• Important reminders about the process 

This ensures that all selected candidates receive the same information and guidance before continuing with the application. 

When it applies 

Post-selection orientation applies to candidates who have already been selected to move forward in the process. 

• If you have been selected, you will receive details about the orientation schedule. 
• If you have not yet reached this stage, you may not receive an orientation invitation yet. 

How it works 

1. Cirrus confirms your selection to proceed in the application process. 
2. Your Cirrus Coordinator will send you the orientation schedule. 
3. The orientation details (such as date, time, and instructions) will be shared with you. 

Orientation may be conducted online or through a scheduled session depending on the process. 

What candidates should do now 

• Wait for instructions from your Cirrus Recruiter/Coordinator. 
• Check your email or candidate portal for updates. 
• Attend the orientation on the scheduled date once you receive the details. 

What if there’s a problem 

If you believe you should have received orientation details but have not received any information: 

• Check your email inbox and spam folder. 
• Review updates in the candidate portal. 
• Contact your Cirrus Recruiter for clarification.
