Signing the Recruitment Service Agreement (RSA)
The Recruitment Service Agreement — usually called the RSA — is the contract between you and Cirrus that explains how we will help you find and start your overseas job. You sign it once you decide to work with us.
What the RSA covers
- The services Cirrus will provide (such as job matching, document help, and visa support).
- What you agree to do (such as keeping your details up to date and going to interviews).
- Any fees — for candidates, most services are free. The agreement makes this clear in writing.
- How you can stop using our services if you choose to.
How to read it
- Open the Documents page.
- Tap the Recruitment Service Agreement card.
- Read the document fully. Take your time.
- If anything is not clear, write down your question and ask your Cirrus contact before signing.
Tip: Never sign anything you do not understand. It is your right to ask questions and to ask for the agreement in another language if you need it.
How to sign it
- After reading, tap Sign.
- Type your full name in the signature field.
- Tick the box to confirm you have read and agree.
- Tap Submit.
The signed agreement is saved to your portal and a copy is sent to your email.
Can I change my mind later?
Yes. If you decide overseas work is not for you anymore, you can stop using the portal at any time. You can also ask Cirrus to delete your data — see General FAQ.
Why am I being asked to sign now?
You are usually asked to sign the RSA when you reach the Processing stage of an application — when an employer has chosen you and we are about to start visa and contract steps.
Important warnings
Warning: If anyone asks you to pay a "placement fee" or "processing fee" in cash before signing, stop and contact us — see Contacting Cirrus support. Cirrus does not charge candidates these kinds of fees.
