Step 1: Access the DMW Online Services Portal

Visit the DMW Online Services Portal POEAOnlineServices and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Log In or Register

  • Existing users may log in using their registered account.
  • First-time users may need to create an account and complete the required registration details.

Step 3: Update Your Profile

Review and update your:

  • Personal information
  • Passport details
  • Employment information
  • Contact information

Ensure that the information provided is accurate and matches your employment records.

Step 4: Verify Your Eligibility

Generally, qualified Balik Manggagawa workers are returning:

  • To the same employer;
