How to get a Balik Manggagawa OEC (BM-OEC) with the same employer?

Steps in getting a Balik Manggagawa Overseas Employment Certificate (BM-OEC) 

1. Go to the BM Online Portal - DMW/POEA BM Online website: https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph/OnlineServices/POEAOnline.aspx

2. Click e-Registration

   *   If you’re a first-time user, register using your email and personal details.

   *   If you already have an account, just log in.

4. Update Your Profile

   Fill in your personal information, passport details, and employment details.

   Make sure your record matches DMW’s database.

5. Check Eligibility

   You must be:

       * Returning to the **same employer and job site**.

       *   Have a valid work visa or permit.

       *   Have an existing record in DMW.

6. Apply for BM- OEC by completing the information required

   If eligible, the system will allow you to generate your BM-OEC online.

7. Check the details in the BM OEC if correct

8. Print Your BM- OEC

   * Bring it with you when you depart the Philippines.
