• Open the link ahead of time to make sure it works

• Join the meeting at least 5–10 minutes early

Check your internet connection

• Use a stable and strong internet connection

• Avoid using public or unstable Wi-Fi if possible

• Have a backup connection (mobile data) in case of issues

Use proper audio equipment

• Use a headset or earphones with a microphone for clearer audio

• Test your microphone and speaker before the interview

Choose a suitable location

If you have limited options, you may conduct the interview inside a parked vehicle, as long as it is safe, quiet, and free from distractions.
