Document Statuses Explained
Each document has a status that tells you exactly where it is in the review process. Knowing what each status means helps you take the right next step.
The statuses
- Missing — You have not uploaded anything yet.
- Staged — A draft is saved but not submitted. You can still change it.
- Uploaded — Submitted and waiting for review.
- Verified (sometimes shown as Approved) — The reviewer has checked and accepted it.
- Revision needed (sometimes shown as Rejected) — Something is wrong. You need to fix it and re-upload.
- Not required — This document is not needed for your application.

What each status means in practice
Missing
You have not uploaded anything for this document yet. Tap the card to start the upload.
Staged
You started uploading but did not finish or submit. The file is saved as a draft. Tap the card to finish.
Uploaded
Your document is in. A reviewer will check it within 1–3 working days. There is nothing more for you to do — just wait.
Verified / Approved
The document is accepted. You earned points and the document is added to your application.
Revision needed / Rejected
The reviewer found a problem. Tap the card to see the reason and what to do. The most common reasons are:
- The photo is blurry.
- Part of the document is cut off.
- The wrong document was uploaded.
- The document has expired.
Once you fix it and upload again, the status goes back to Uploaded and a reviewer checks again.
Tip: Always read the reviewer's note. It tells you exactly what to fix so you do not get rejected a second time.
Not required
You do not need this document for the jobs you are applying to. You can still upload it if you want — sometimes it makes your profile stronger.
How to find each status
- Open the Documents page.
- Look at the colour or label on each card.
- Tap any card for more detail.
Earning points by status
- Uploaded — 20 points.
- Verified — Another 10 points.
- Documents that go to Revision needed keep their upload points but do not earn the verified points until they are accepted.
